Freedom to Dream Hire
Up to 4 guests - hire tents, mattresses, sheets, fluffy blankets, tray tables and nightlights.
You supply all themed party supplies and decorations and set the hired items up yourself. A budget-friendly option if you’re organised in terms of planning the other aspects of the slumber party.
$200 base rate (up to 4 guests).
$25 per extra guest (up to 7 guests).
Standard Hire & Set Up
Hire and setup of tents, mattresses, sheets, fluffy blankets, tray tables and nightlights. Plus fairylights, bunting and decorative cushions.
You supply all themed party supplies and goody bags. You only need to worry about making it more personalised for your child.
$250 base rate (up to 4 guests).
$25 per extra guest (up to 7 guests).
All-Out Hire & Set Up
Hire and setup of tents, mattresses, sheets, fluffy blankets, tray tables and nightlights. Plus fairylights, bunting, themed party decorations, and personalised goody bags.

$300 base rate (up to 4 guests).
$25 per extra guest (up to 7 guests).
Overnight Slumber Parties are only available to children between 6 & 12 years.
We are open to theme suggestions for our All-Out Hire (based on availability and within certain time frames for sourcing decorations and equipment).
We also have 7 calico teepees available that can provide flexibility in your vision for a theme.

Slumber Party Hire – Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
Sapphire Coast Slumber Parties operate on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during school terms. Weekdays can be booked by negotiation during school holiday periods.
Hire period for the slumber party is up to 24 hours.
A non-refundable booking deposit/security deposit of $50 is required to secure your party date.
All remaining fees must be paid in full no later than 1 week prior to the scheduled party date.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
Please keep in mind how much space is readily available in your home, prior to inviting guests to your slumber party. Our tents and mattresses each take up an area of 1x2m.
2. Security Deposit
Your refundable security deposit of $50 is required at the time of date confirmation.
The security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after the collection of equipment, provided all items are returned clean, undamaged, and in good condition.
Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the security deposit. Additional charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 7 days (1 week) prior to the agreed party date will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable booking deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit all payments made.
Rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability and must be arranged at least 7 days prior to the original event date.
4. Equipment Care and Responsibility
The hirer is responsible for all hired equipment from the time of delivery/set-up until collection.
Equipment must not be moved outdoors or used in any way that could cause damage.
No pets, or sharp objects are to be placed on or near bedding and tents. Snacks and enclosed drinks can be consumed near the equipment, however, hot meals and open containers of drinks are to be consumed elsewhere (for example: pizza is to be eaten off the beds and on the tray tables provided).
Please ensure all children are supervised during use. The hirer accepts full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse or neglect of the equipment.
5. Delivery and Setup
The Sapphire Coast Slumber Parties team will deliver, set up, and style the sleepover as agreed. All guests must bring their own pillow and additional bedding (ie sleeping bag) as we do not provide these.
The hirer must ensure that the setup area is clean, cleared, and accessible at the agreed time. We are happy to provide suggestions on places for set up in your home if requested.
Set-up and pack-down times will be confirmed before the event. Please allow adequate access and time for our team to complete these tasks safely.
6. Collection
All equipment must be ready for collection at the agreed time.
Please ensure all bedding is free from food, drink, and debris.
Please do not wash bedding as this is a part of our service.
Missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.
7. Liability
Sapphire Coast Slumber Parties is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the hire period.
The hirer assumes full responsibility for guests and the safe use of all equipment.
